I know what it’s like to sit down with the hope of feeling calm, only to end up feeling more disconnected, more frustrated or more defeated.

Back in the day, I had the honour of representing the Australian Women’s Soccer Team. 

 

At that time, I was all focus, fire, and discipline — and to be honest, 

I didn’t give meditation a second thought.


I thought it was boring. Strange. Something only for “spiritual people”.
I had no real relationship with my inner world, and no real understanding of how my mind worked.


I just pushed through. That’s what I was trained to do. However, after three back-to-back career-ending injuries, everything changed.

 

   This was when I found meditation. 

Over the passed 8 years, I have since guided thousands of students in both yoga and meditation — across Melbourne and Byron Bay — and studied with some of the most inspiring teachers throughout India, Indonesia, and Australia.

This 14-day journey is a gentle and empowering introduction to meditation — designed for the complete beginner or anyone who's struggling to "get it right" or find consistency in their practise. This course is for anyone ready to stop wrestling with their thoughts and start feeling more grounded, present, and at peace.
